STORE MANAGER


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In-Charge of the FCPC (Food Cost Paper Cost) and inventory management
  • Responsible for leading a team to achieve FSC, sales and profit targets.
  • In-Charge of the daily operations of all company owned outlet/stores.
  • Prepare budget and balance PNL (Profit and Lost) tracking.
  • Oversees the daily operational cost and store’s FSC standards.
  • Ensures excellent service and proper execution.

Qualifications:

PURCHASING OFFICER/SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALISTS


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the Supply-Chain Process for the company’s rapidly growing product lines.
  • Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel
  • Overseeing Overall Raw Materials Handling, Finished Goods Monitoring, and Inventory Management.
  • Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel
  • Must work closely with Sales and Operations Department to link Forecasts to Materials Procurement, and Inventory Management.

  • Timely procurement of all raw materials, commissary supplies, commissary and store equipment, finished products, etc.

AREA OFFICERS/COORDINATORS


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Checking and Encoding of Reports.
  • Preparation of Service Staff ID’s, Permits and Correspondents.
  • Assist Operations Management with administrative needs.
  • Check the Inventory of all the stocks, supplies and forward the Data to the Area Manager for Projection, base on the delivery schedule of the outlet.
  • Accomplish the Daily Sales and Deposit consolidations per Outlet both for Bibingkinitan on daily basis.
  • Inform Bibingkinitan Outlet for Staff Schedules, after the Data were given by the Area Manager.
  • Check the Staff, Time-in and Time-out (if possible) every day.
  • Consolidate and Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Report for MANCOM on all company owned outlets.
Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing Management, Economics or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Windows and MS Office and with excellent analytical skills

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Records, classifies, and summarizes accounting transactions.
  • Knowledgeable in reading Financial Statements
  • Compiles various documents, verifies their accuracy, and authorizes payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Posts, verifies, and balances debit and credit entries.
  • Reconciles accounts and assists in the compilation of reports.
  • Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government and private agencies.
  • Knows how to handle petty cash fund
  • Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating, and purging.
  • Responds to inquiries. Checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:

LOGISTICS OFFICER


Job Duties & Responsibilities

A. Dispatching

  • Monitoring of stocks, supplies and raw material movements
  • Conducting actual count of stocks, supplies and raw materials.
  • Accomplishing inventory reports
  • Maintaining orderliness in warehouse
  • Planning and preparation of all items for dispatching
  • Repacking of stocks and supplies for distribution
  • Preparation of stocks, supplies and raw material projections.
  • Receiving and checking of supplies and raw materials from suppliers
B. Delivery

  • Scheduling of delivery to specified destinations
  • Checking of items to be delivered
  • Do preventive maintenance checks on delivery vehicles
Qualifications:

  • Must be Male
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years experience of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Windows and MS Office;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
